Sales Tax

M and B Makers is a small business based in Hopkins, Minnesota.  Purchases in Minnesota will be charged a sales tax of 8.525%.  Items purchased from other US states are not subject to sales tax at this time.
 

Shipping and Handling

Local pickup is available at our home studio by appointment. 

We use the United States Postal Service for shipping, both Priority and Ground Advantage delivery.  You will receive a tracking number for your package.

Due to weight and expense of pottery shipping, overnight shipping is available by request only.  If you need your purchase next day shipping, please contact us for a quote.

We do our very best to ensure safe delivery to you.  Please inspect your item promptly upon arrival and notify us immediately of any shipping problem.

 

Returns

We accept returns on purchases within 30 days of your order.

To initiate your return, please contact us, reference your order number, and describe the problem with your order.

Items must be returned in original condition using original packaging materials to ensure safe arrival back to us.  If you no longer have original packaging materials we recommend using a pack and ship service to ensure item is received back to us in new condition.  Return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility.  Once we receive the item, we will credit back to the original payment method.
